Our Marketing Director’s Kybella Journey

Our Aesthetic Nurse, Tracy Nucera, has been working on a series of treatments for our Marketing Director Kim’s chin. Kim combined Kybella injections with CoolSculpting to sculpt and contour the profile of her dreams before her upcoming wedding.

In the video above, Tracy explains the Kybella Treatment.

“Kybella is a FDA-approved treatment to help with stubborn fat areas in the chin,” says Tracy.

“In the video you’re seeing right now, you’re seeing Kim, who we’ve done some CoolSculpting on. She had a little fat pad here that extended into her jowel area.”

“So, we did a CoolSculpting, and then we did a Kybella to, kind of, debulk, or get rid of the majority of the fat. Now in this video what I’m doing is really trying to contour and get her picture-perfect for her wedding that’s coming up soon.”

“So, as you can see, Kybella is not a one-time treatment.” Tracy says you have to be committed to this type of treatment. “It takes anywhere from six months to a year to really get that sculpted jaw.”

According to Tracy, it is important to remember that this is not a one-and-done treatment. Patience and commitment yield the transformative result.

“Once we get you there, it’s a great treatment and it’s permanent,” says Tracy.
